01Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Dynode LLC (Delaware, USA), provider of Kinoscale. Dajnod DOOEL (North Macedonia) operates the service on its behalf as a processor. Contact: privacy@kinoscale.com.

02What we collect

Account details (name, email), organisation and brand settings, content you upload, videos we produce, connected social account tokens, and usage and billing records.

03How we use it

To provide the service: produce and publish your videos, operate your account, bill you, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell personal data.

04Processors

We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the service (for example cloud hosting, storage, AI models, voice synthesis and payments), under data processing agreements.

05Storage and security

Data is stored encrypted at rest. Social tokens are encrypted per organisation. Access is limited to what operating the service requires.

06Kinoscale for Claude (connector)

When you connect Kinoscale to Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude mobile or Claude Code), you sign in to Kinoscale and choose one workspace; Claude then receives an access token for that workspace only, with your role there. Through the connector Claude can read and change that workspace’s projects, brands and files, start production jobs and — only after you confirm — publish. The AI work in those chats is done by your own Claude under Anthropic’s terms; Kinoscale does not send your projects to another language model for it. We store hashed tokens, the clients you connected, and an audit log of each tool call (tool name, workspace, time, outcome; file contents are not logged), kept for 180 days. You can disconnect any client in Settings → Claude at any time, which revokes its access immediately.

07Cookies and analytics

kinoscale.com uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and measure which ads and links bring people to the site; they set cookies and receive your IP address and device details. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is stored until they accept. Anyone can change their choice with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The web and mobile apps use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

08Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data and close your account at any time. Write to privacy@kinoscale.com.

09Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and delete it within 30 days of closure, except where the law requires longer.
