01Who we are
Kinoscale is provided by Dynode LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are an agreement between your organisation and Dynode LLC. The service is built and operated for Dynode LLC by Dajnod DOOEL (North Macedonia). Contact: hello@kinoscale.com.
02The service
Kinoscale provides software that researches, writes, designs, renders and publishes short-form video on behalf of your organisation, through the web and mobile apps.
03Your account
You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s account and for keeping credentials secure. Organisation owners control members and roles.
04Your content
You keep all rights to the material you upload and the videos produced for you. You grant Kinoscale the licence needed to process, store and publish it at your direction.
05Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, no impersonation, and no use of another person’s likeness or voice without their consent.
06AI output
Kinoscale checks factual claims against sources, but you remain responsible for approving what is published under your name. Videos will carry AI-content disclosure where platforms support it.
07Billing
Plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Usage beyond plan limits may be billed as overage at published rates.
08Liability
The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
