01What Kinoscale keeps from Facebook and Instagram
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we store the access tokens Meta issues, your app-scoped Facebook user ID and name, and the connected Page and Instagram account’s ID, name and picture — encrypted per workspace. We keep the posts we published for you (their links and statistics) so your calendar and analytics stay complete. We never read your messages, friends or personal profile.
02Remove Kinoscale from Facebook
In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Kinoscale → Remove. Meta tells us at once, and we delete every connection you made — tokens, page and account details — in every workspace. Posts already published stay on your accounts; delete them there if you want them gone.
03Ask Meta to delete your data
On the same Apps and websites screen choose “Send request” to ask for your data to be deleted. We delete your connections right away and Meta gives you a confirmation code; open the link Meta shows (it comes back to this page) to see that the request is complete.
04Disconnect in Kinoscale
In the app or on the web: Brand → Connections → Instagram & Facebook → Disconnect. The tokens are deleted immediately.
05Delete everything
Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account and the workspaces only you belong to — videos, carousels, brands, connections and posting history — within 30 days. You can also write to privacy@kinoscale.com from the email on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
